« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway »

« Great staff. Very clean. Breakfast was as good as you are going to find at a chain hotel. Only issue was one of the elevators was broken. Definitely will stay here again. »

« Our stay was perfect. Hotels.com really messed up the booking and I almost didn’t have a place to stay. The host at this property held the room for me and we handled everything directly. He was great, the room was spectacular! »

« The hotel is only 2 months old and is spotless! Great rooms and the public spaces are incredible. Soaring ceilings and great meeting spaces. There's large windowed room near the elevator on each floor that's a great place to work or start your day in quiet if you're an early riser like me. Great property and lots of passion in their service. It's only 10 to 15 minutes walking to anywhere on campus. A must stay in Charlottesville. »

« We stayed for our 34th anniversary 2 days ago and found Lisa and her mother lovely, accommodating, and pleasant. Lisa had come from Colorado and had only been the owner about 2 months but one would never know that. It was perfect! They even allowed our Colorado daughter ( who was attending her 25th u of va reunion) to have brunch with us the morning we left. Hot tub, jacuzzi, beautiful room, friendly and helpful owner…. What was there not to like? Ty, Lisa! We shall be back! »

« Cet hébergement est franchement trop dispendieux pour l’état des lieux tombe littéralement en ruine:douche brisée et dangereuse,literie douteuse La bâtisse et les chambres ont besoin d’entretien Le déjeuner est offert mais trop tard je crois que 7 heures serait grandement apprécié avec peut être un service de café offert plus tôt et en libre service Nous ne retournerons plus dans cette endroit pourtant nous aimons bien le quartier »

« We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...

« Very nice hotel. Staff was nice. Room was fairly quiet though we had loud neighbors screaming at each other half the night-that wasn’t the hotels fault »
