Le nettoyage des chambres est sommaire, le sol n'a jamais été nettoyé sur un séjour d'une semaine, du sable partout sur la moquette, idem la salle de bains et la poussière sur le mobilier, seules les serviettes sont changées et le lit refait. Les transats sur la plage sont sales, jamais nettoyés, la plage est également sale, des algues jamais ramassées, c'est bien dommage vu le paysage idyllique.

There were so many restaurants in the property. However, the reservations 2 weeks in advance were needed for some famous restaurants. We didn’t get to go to those ones (e.g., Fish, Nobu, etc.). Everything else was excellent!

Lovely people and really helpful concierge. Could do with fixing a lot of the brown beach chairs as so many of the covers were broken but we never felt like they ran out. we could always get one by 1030am. Great to walk around everywhere, lots of options for drinks and food. Beach bar food wasn't too bad. Of course everywhere is expensive but we knew that before we booked and had accepted it. Room was always nicely turned over and the staff always said hello, very welcoming. Good size room too (ocean view). Really liked the hob and the ability to cook in the room as well as that saved a few pennies.

A majority of the food at Atlantis is awful. The staff seem to be very slow and lazy. I would assume it’s because the “gratuity” for everything is built in. There is no incentive for them to work harder to make more money.

The water slides and lazy river are still good for the kids. But outside of that the hotel is a three-star at best. Service at the restaurants and by the pool is terrible and sometimes rude. Worst hotel experience since Covid. It used to be better. We won't ever stay at Atlantis again.

We enjoyed our stay at Atlantis very much! The people from the Bahamas are some of the kindest people I have ever met (wherever you go) but the staff at this resort are incredible. The water park and water slides are so much fun! There is so much to see and do. My husband, 5 year old and myself stayed at the Reef, we really liked the location and the kitchen that came in the room. The pizza place in the marina is delicious and a great price point. We ate at Carmines and the service and food was also very good. We spent 10 days and enjoyed every second, we will be back! This resort has a little piece of my heart!

Pros: - The property featured a pleasant ambiance with clean pools and convenient beach access. - Opting for a suite was a great choice for this stay, especially given the high restaurant prices. Cons: - Maintenance issues, such as burnt-out light bulbs and leaky faucets, detracted from the overall experience. - Customer service was disappointing, with persistent billing discrepancies, including my charges being applied to the wrong room and ongoing issues where charges from other guests were being charged to my room, despite efforts to resolve them (apparently, this was a common trend when talking to others guests, which is why its really important to keep receipts and stay up-to-date on your room statement. - Limited availability of safes added inconvenience (waited hours, after being told I'd be receiving a safe, only to be told they couldnt do anything. The property manager eventually provided one, however, only due to sheer persistence - Overpriced and unsatisfactory dining options (best options are to buy or bring groceries and eat off resort). - Some staff members were rude and provided inaccurate information. Overall, while the property had its merits, the drawbacks outweighed the positives. While i would go back to Nassau, i would not stay at the Reef in Atlantis again.

Paid extra for Ocean view but I got a low level and barely see the ocean, I requested a higher level and they promised me to do but they didn’t. Sink clogged and reported on the first day but no one came to fix it during the 4 days I stayed. Staff were friendly. Facility was clean. The safe was broken . The iron was sticky and damaged my shirt.

The beach is wonderful. The rooms were good, but a bit dated. Check in process originally gave us a room with no functioning AC, took 3 hours to get them to agree to switch our room to one with working AC. We were originally told no rooms were available and then when I asked for full refund they miraculously found our exact room type on a higher floor. In general some staff members were great and welcoming, but majority of others were rude, disinterested, and acted annoyed to provide any level of service. Food was very average but expensive. One of restaurants (Chopstix) when I asked for bill just gave me IPad and waiter left and I had to manually enter room number, and pick my self to charge to my room for dinner. Zero identity verification was done. Overall, 5 star beach, 3 star hotel for 5 star prices. Would not go back.

Room was hood and beach was just the step from the property. Beach beds were old and outdated. Not so many healthy choices for the dining.

They were three Hotels walking distance with different amenities that can you use, no matter in which hotel you are staying. Very quiet. Expectacular views.
