"Love in the Sun" As you enter your vacation condo you will see the details starting with the the beautiful barn door which hides a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The well appointed accommodations will make you feel right at home. The open floor plan featuring a Gulf front living room with floor to ceiling glass doors leading to your private balcony! This unit has been renovated, from the new flooring to the natural stone walk in showers and the most breathtaking views from the 20th floor, you will quickly realize your in paradise. You will likely spend majority of your time outside on "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", so this unit comes with free beach service! You will get 2 front row chairs and umbrella complimentary with this unit! When the sun goes down and your ready to come inside, everyone can spend time together watching the sunset, sipping on a cold drink, or spending some downtime with the family making wonderful memories. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, flat screen T.V. and access to the balcony with your own floor to ceiling glass door. At the opposite end of the unit is the second bedroom also suited with a queen size bed, T.V. and an en-suite bathroom as well. Your kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and it's fully stocked. Guests enjoy secure covered parking in the parking garage below the units or an adjacent covered overflow parking with a covered walkway to the 3rd floor, with access to four large modern elevators.. Onsite are two pools: one of them is seasonally heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a large hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, para-sailing or fishing, close by you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water. We have been staying at Emerald Isle for many many years. We like the West End of the beach it's crowded but not too crowded. We have friends who now own here so it's double the fun. The condo was very nice and clean it had a lot of cooking utensils and gadgets. My only recommendation would be to have a couple rugs if nothing else in the bathrooms and the master. I know that management companies don't like this but we rented others that had them and they were just so nice to have. Communication was great and would stay here again in the future. Beautiful view, comfortable beds, Everything that we needed was there. We couldn’t get hot water in the small shower but the master shower was so nice we all took turns using it. These aren’t complaints but suggestions, the sliding glass door in living room was hard to slide. And not being able to close blinds made watching tv and being inside with the sn shining in hard to watch. So maybe a sliding sheer curtain could filter the light? The only minor thing for me was the beach chairs. (I generally book based on having beach service included) These chairs are the fold up wooden kind of chairs, the kind you can't lie on your stomach! They are super crowded also, not even 2 inches between chairs so you are uncomfortably close you the person next to you. Though it’s on the 20th floor, the elevators at Emerald Isle were fairly fast. The keypad entry to the room was easy and convenient to use. We loved having the included beach chairs and umbrellas every day. We cooked all of our breakfast and lunch meals in the condo and had everything we needed for that.
