Also, too Was dated, and we awoke to sewer noise coming up through the bathroom drain every morning. Sounded like a Leviathan. Stay at a Marriott - avoid this Sandos hustle. Note: I spoke with them and emailed higher management. I really gave them the opportunity to avoid the negative review. They seem desperate to keep the overcharge. Bummer. We also really loved the option to reserve cabanas for free. All of our meals were great, with the exception of the Italian restaurant (pizza wasn’t great and they’d benefit from a wood-fired oven). We loved El Cielo, Sal Steak Cave, and breakfast at Sante, the Reserve restaurant. Poolside food menu at the main pool was not very good, would recommend upping the quality there. Overall though, great experience! We’ll be back and would definitely book Reserve again."
