"This resort made for an unforgettable trip from the food, the cleanliness, and attentive staff (kudos to our poolside server Sergio for top notch service). This resort was peaceful, but still managed to meet some great people and have fun! The rooms are spacious with stunning views, and I cannot rave about the food enough, out of this world! Will definitely be returning!"

"The property was dated and the online pictures were not representative of the actual condition of the property. The bathrooms/showers were very dirty upon arrival. (We had our own housekeeper come in to clean for us during our stay). One of the rooms actually had swimsuit panty liners stuck on the walls of the closet.Our second night we came back to the property and there was no water.. this issue was resolved the following day but was very inconvenient for the 8 people staying there. We were unaware of The construction next door, which was very noisy.Our concierge was very responsive and helped to resolve all issues in a timely manner. "

"Palmilla is a little oasis of beauty and calm. The property is very well located and spacious with a large terrace. “Brand new” is an inaccurate description though. The furnishings look brand new, but the apartment itself is not (a neighbor shared this). It’s beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen, new washer and dryer, and comfy beds. Management was responsive to any needs. We would definitely stay here again."
"We stayed for two weeks and the place was great! Good thing we had a car as it is pretty high up on the hill. But that is precisely why the view is so stunning. The outdoor deck is huge and the animals are friendly….2 cats in particular. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We’d love to visit again and spend some more time with Fabiola in her beautiful garden. Next time!"
