The staff very courteous and helpful with a smile on their face. The place was very clean The cleaning staff came to clean our every day. The food and drinks very good. Noise level very controlled never heard people under, above our floor or next door.

Service was excellent. Food was delicious. All inclusive worth it. Buffet open all day. Hand made quezadillas and eggs to order. Fast food open till 6. Pizza 12 to 5 pm. Mini Starbucks like place. Good coffee,mini sandwiches and delicious pastries.

My partner and I stayed for 5 days. We enjoyed the pool most of the days. The staff made it easy to book excursions and answered all our questions. If you plan on enjoying all meals at the resort, I recommend the cafe for plenty of food options. The reservation-only restaurants could improve on their menus. If you’re looking for family friendly, this is a great option.

When it says all inclusive, don't get your hopes up. We stayed at a Royal all inclusive, in Playa Del Carmen and they set the standard where you weren't disappointed with anything. Top shelf liquor for everyone, Superior restaurants that were opened. Most of the people at the Royal Solaris were great but some at the Asian restaurant need to have a manners class. The Mexican restaurant, I asked for a Pinot Grigio and was told it's for members only. Bottom line we were very disappointed and will not be back. SORRY
