"My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Paradisus Los Cabos. We stayed in a Reserve swim up suite. Ultimately we had a great time and there was a lot we loved about this resort!: -The food was delicious. Probably the best of the all-inclusives we've visited so far -Resort was well maintained, clean, and beautiful! -The vibe was relaxing which felt really nice coming out of wedding stress! -The Reserve drinks and food was definitely superior, and having a cocierge (we had Diego) was 100% worth it Some things we wish were a little better: -Service at restaurants was very slow, with the exception of the Reserve restaurant, Sante -We would've liked if our swim up room was connected to the pool/bar, or at least had people stopping by to take drink orders -There wasn't much going on in terms of resort events, which we thought we wanted, but I think it was a little too uneventful for our liking. That being said, I'm not sure I'd call it quiet, simply because there was a group of ~10 that was extremely loud in restaurants and shows, to the point where they were the only people we could hear. -Each menu had several 'premium' items that were an extra fee. One of the best parts of going to an all inclusive is having everything included, so having to worry about what was included and what was not was annoying. -We were bothered multiple times to join a time share presentation. Overall, we had a great time and it's a great option for couples who want a low-key vacation."

"Overall, very good experience. The area and swimming pools were well maintained. Staff were friendly. As we went during an off period there was no buffet available for lunch as well as dinner. The only options for dinner were the grill, an Italian restaurant and a French restaurant. The French restaurant does not allow children so that made it difficult for us. The wait times for the other restaurants were very long. overall great experience, but food options were lacking compared to other all-inclusive hotels."

"Our 4th visit to Hyatt Ziva- Major changes to the facility. Large updated gym with new pickleball & basketball courts. Food selection & quantity has significantly improved. Highly recommend and will visit again soon!"

"We stayed for 10 days, the property is beautiful, the view is gorgeous, stunning. Workers, staff member are very helpful and friendly. But unfortunately pools were Poorly maintained, pools are very big and infinity pool as well, but 1 pool was closed for entire 2 days. Beach is beautiful and you can relax there and play in sand with kids. But very unfortunately I have too mention the food was not good, we were in Mexico but no Mexican restaurant on the property, other restaurants were barely opened, Italian restaurant had a poor food and uncooked pasta served, excellent restaurant was Asian and food at the breakfast bar was ok but lunch bar was not good at all. When you travel to Mexico you expect Mexican restaurant with delicious food but unfortunately there was none there. Overall all a great service, very clean and good maintained property except the food. But we had a great time."
