"Our first time staying at the Ritz Carlton Zadun. For a frame of reference we have stayed at resorts like Montage, Chilleno Bay, Las Ventanas, Esperanza, Four Seasons, Pedegral, etc. Our room was fantastic, large well appointed. It had a plunge pool but didn't really heat up enough to warrant any early morning or late night dips. Staff was very attentive, special shout out to our "Tosoani's" Ariadna and Gabriel. They communicated with us throughout our stay and coordinated anything we needed.
A few things that could have been better; first off, not sure if it's where this property is located but there were A LOT of bugs and large flying moths. The adult pool and hot tub there definitely needs to be skimmed multiple times a day due to many bugs floating on the surface and the built in white loungers in the shallow end had mildew on them. The pool deck is in dire need to sanding and re-staining. Just a few things that made it feel "less than" a 5 star experience."
