Situated just a few blocks from downtown Pacific Grove in one direction and under a mile from the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row in the other. Boutique shopping experiences, tasty restaurants and golf options aplenty await you - and don't forget all the special events like Monterey Car Week, the Carmel Bach Festival, Pebble Beach® Food and Wine and so many more. Kitchen and Dining The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to help you create both culinary masterpieces and casual meals. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All three bedrooms are located upstairs near the full hall bathroom which has a tub and a separate shower. The lower level has a half bathroom near the living spaces. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a full/double bed. A washer and dryer set are conveniently located upstairs near the full bathroom and bedrooms. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Off-street parking for one small / low-profile vehicle is available in the garage. Street parking across from the home is generally available on a first come, first served basis but guests should take care not to park in front of neighbors' homes. We frequently stay in the PG area and this house is probably in the top three most lovely houses we’ve ever stayed in. It’s spacious, clean, and retains the charming mystery of an old house while still having modern amenities. The view to the ocean is fantastic but the trees across the street (for me) were the true star. There are binoculars for you to use to watch the deer each morning/evening and it’s lovely to wake up to the sound of the ocean. We will certainly stay here again! Our Honda CRV was able to fit in the garage (the door is low, as stated) but no issues there. The yard was secure for our dog, however we did push the BBQ in front of the side gate, just in case he got any ideas about trying to crawl under it, as it does not come all the way to the ground. Some strategic shades in the living area would be helpful, although we got used to it; the living area is above the street level, but the windows are large and visible from a distance. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cooling rack for cookies and a very flat spatula for flipping pancakes. :) Easy fixes, as the kitchen is large, open, bright, and welcoming. What a great trip and I recommend you book this home! ##### Stacia C.
