The staff was great at the property. They accommodated a room change part way though our stay. The first room was 26 degrees and wasn't nearly as clean as the 2nd room. Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa

Great location. All staff were amazing. Bed not that comfortable. Bathroom had a sewage smell at night - had to close the bathroom door and open a window for fresh air.
