Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés Le secteur est sur, calme (notre chambre donnait du côté de la caserne de pompier et nous n’avons pas été dérangé) Extrêmement propre Le petit déjeuné est excellent, On peut se faire faire des omelettes personnalisées, appareil à gaufres, beaucoup de choix Je reviendrais séjourner ici avec plaisir ! »

« Clean and spacious room »

« We were disappointed with our stay. Within minutes of checking in, before 9 PM, we received a phone call from another room telling us to be quiet and threatening to call the police if we made noise. We had just arrived, were unpacking, and our children were simply using the restroom. There was no loud noise or disturbance. The front desk later confirmed that normal conversation before 10 PM was allowed and that they did not know why this happened. Unfortunately, the incident made us feel...

« El personal súper amable, por ese lado muy bien, el desayuno también bien, la limpieza no me encantó, olía a pies la habitación que ocupe, pero te entregan un papel que dice que la limpieza se hace cada tres días. Las amenidades como el shampoo son súper pequeñas, si van dos personas no alcanza, el ruido que hizo el aire acondicionado no me dejó descansar bien. En conclusión, yo no regreso al hotel. »

« Chambre qui avait des prises sans cache et donc avec des fils électriques apparents ! L’hôtel n'a pas voulu nous changé de chambre et a juste mis du scotch. Le rideau était cassé et bloqué à mi-niveau. J'ai du le faire descendre en forçant, car aucune solution proposé par l’hôtel ! Rien changé ou réparé la nuit suivante... Les matelas des canapés-lits sont trop petit et laisse apparaître tous les parties métallique coupantes et/ou dangereuses pour les enfants. L’ascenseur se bloque et fait...

« Nous passions une nuit en famille dans notre parcours. Pour juste y dormir c’était suffisant. Équipements ok. Mais le sol est sale. Literie et sdb ok, mais pour la chambre des enfants la salle de bain n’était pas très propre, il y avait des cheveux dans la baignoire. »

« Bien situé et correct »

« There was hair in the bathrooms, toenails near the front door, pool not working, I heard that the top 5 floors they use for homeless people, internet did not work, the room had a terrible stench right when we walking in, the covers was a sheet, and it the stairwell smelt like urine for a start. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. People kept complaining at the front desk as I was trying to use the internet but could not and overheard all of their complaints. »

« Got into the room where we were warned the mirror was broken. Didn’t know that the main bathroom mirror was going to be completely missing. Shower is flush with the floor so it would flood out and we would have to shower quickly while the other held towels to catch the water that couldn’t go down the drain. There is minimal outlets so we had to plug our phones in far and fully get out of bed when our alarms would go off in the morning. There were burn holes in the blanket provided on bed. »
