Everything was great! The only thing i didn't care for was that you had to pay for parking at the hotel lot that really didn't need to be paide for....to keep up with the guest vehicles, just register their plate!

The staff at the reception and the bar were incredibly kind and accommodating. This establishment is exceptionally clean, and the cuisine was delicious. I would certainly return with my family.

We had a great time staying at this property. The staff was very friendly especially Emily who works in the restaurant. She made it a point to make every breakfast special for us. I will plan to stay there again the next time I visit universal

Excellent place to stay specially with young kids. We stayed in a room with kitchen and it felt like home. Staff was very friendly. Great ambience at the entrance and lobby. Hot breakfast was just perfect. Lastly the pool is well maintained.
