Apart from one waiter at breakfast being a bit rude giving me the check without telling me no need to rush then saying goodbye to me in a kind of miserable way all staff delivered exceptional service. The food was Excellent - better than the Michelin * restuarants I have been to recently in London and Venice. The grounds are spectacular - all 66 acres of them and its worth visiting just for this alone.
The bedrooms are very nice and confortable. We had an Orangery suite which has Aircon. The Main house rooms do not.
The staff were superb! Expecially compared to some other much more expensive hotels where the service really lets them down. "
