"I had the room for people with reduced mobility and it was the least attractive room. Just because I am disabled doesn't mean I don't have the right to have a nice, bright room like the others. Also, when you opened the door to the room, you could see me in bed."

"Excellent location for walking to the office in the morning, 20 minutes to Manor Park. Personnel is nice and helpful. Room is spacious, bed is confortable, nice desk for using a laptop. I like that the TV allows to stream your own tablet / PC so you don't have to faff around with accounts. Breakfast is good, decent choice of pastries, good choice of cereals. The only issue is the really small bathroom. You need to manoeuver when you open the door, and when you sit on the WC the doorstop is right under your foot."
