This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents. 5\. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home. 6\. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties. 7\. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (\`Representatives\`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties. 10\. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items. 11\. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night. 12\. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, please do your dishes ad take out trash. Extra fees will apply for excessive cleaning 13\. No animals or pets of any kind due to owner medical condition 14\. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Laura N. 25 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté overall it was a great stay. i wish the description had noted that the kitchen was on the top floor making it impossible to eat downstairs on the beach without great difficulty. ppl should also be informed of the steepness of the spiral stairs. too bad the elevator was locked up. also there are quite a few tripping hazards. the beachhouse was nicely appointed everything you would need in the kitchen. more towels in the bathrooms would have be appreciated. the good parking is a bonus. the view is fabulous. we enjoyed our stay but the stairs would prevent us from rebooking. we had varying ages of adults and we all were dreading every trip up and down. i hope my feed back may be helpful. ##### Laura N. It made it the perfect finish to a wonderful weekend of the amazing wedding and then to have a peaceful relaxing stay at this beautiful home right on the water. The ocean is our families happy place and this place did not disappoint. It had beach toys for our grand daughters , easy access for surfing, and the kitchen was stocked with enough serving items for big family meals. Our local home isn’t big enough so they flew in from Arizona,SF and Minn to share our special time . It’s a huge house so everyone has enough space - a fire pit for smores on the sand in the dark…a Weber grill for steaks one night, and some beach toys for kids. Main concern was a number of us are sensitive laundry productivities and the bedding was pretty tough to take but as it was only 3 nights we managed - it can trigger allergies and probably shouldn’t be used in a rental . Love listening to the waves. Kids loved the sandy are at play. Very clean. We didnt cook much there but it seemed like they had everything you'd need. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The house was perfect, everyone had their own space. The views of the beach are unbelievable from every level of the house. We would totally come back! Bedding was super comfy and beach bonfire was memorable. The kids played in the sand for hours. There are alot of short term rental properties on the street, so it gave the area a nice welcoming vibe. A few of the neighbors were also bonfireing like us. Thank you so much! The only small thing that came up for us is that there isn’t any flexibility on early check in, so be sure to review the check in / check out times before booking. ##### Jade B.
