Our faucet in shower was broken. Wish when made reservations told us pool and hit tub and barbwere closed it was my birthday and our anniversary so that was very disappointing.

The elevator was broken. We were on the 3rd floor. The doors to the stairs slammed all night with people coming in and out. It was impossible to sleep. The trash picks up at 4am and is so loud.
