"My husband and I love this little condo complex, the location is great, pool is perfect and short walk to the beach. This unit wasn’t great. We had to call maintenance twice (5 day stay), the king bed was hard as a rock, no extra pillows and it was pretty outdated. The AC worked though! Great stay, we would just try and avoid this unit for next time."

Sunrise over the ocean and sunrise over the sound views from the 3rd floor great room, what’s not to like! It was awesome he pool was shaded most of the afternoon due to orientations we spent morning at the beach, afternoons at the pool and nights back on the beach"

"Great stay with our family. The living room and open layout was perfect for everyone to congregate. Kudos to the hosts for their great interior design in all of the rooms too! The house is a few steps from the beach entrance which made going back and forth super easy. Would definitely recommend!"

"Magnificent time. The house was spacious, clean, great location and spectacular views. It was perfect! We enjoyed the beach and absolutely LOVED THE POOL. it was perfect for our group of 14. Best part of the trip was having big family dinners and playing games. We had the opportunity to have lots of laughs and create wonderful memories with our college bound girls. BEST VACATION EVER!!!"

"Our group of 10 adults enjoyed our stay! Check in was simple enough... the keypad/door lock were a little fussy, but we figured it out. All of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common spaces were clean, spacious enough, and homey. The main living room TV is not that "smart", so bring your own streaming system capability if that matters to you (apple tv, amazon fire stick, roku streaming stick, etc). The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare, cook, serve, and eat all different kinds of meals. However, bring your own dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. The hot tub area, pool area, and the additional lower level fridge were perfect additions to the stay. Communication through Vrbo/Vacasa was quick, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process from booking to check out. The neighborhood is peaceful and the house has a lot of privacy from most sides because there are lots of trees surrounding the house. The house is about 5-8 min walk to the ocean side beach... there is a little sand trail in the cul-de-sac/corner of the street that cuts more quickly to the street leading to the beach (exit the house, from the end of the driveway, go right and you'll see a little trail). Overall an excellent rental and a relaxing stay!"
