They sent someone immediately and all of the employees we met at the house were very polite. We really appreciated that every bedroom had an en suite bathroom. The house also has plenty of puzzles and games, which are great for kids. 5-minute walk to the beach. We also used the community tennis courts, which were reasonably well maintained. After our first night we realized the AC wasn't working on the second floor which is where everyone was sleeping. Maintenance was contacted and did respond quickly, there was a little miscommunication between family members about whether maintenance had been called and they were contacted twice. The maintenance manager needs work on his customer service and should probably be advised that responding to a customer via email and calling them an " A hole" simply because they wanted the AC fixed during an extremely hot vacation week is pretty bad customer service. Aside from his bad tone and customer service via email, everything was great and the AC was fixed very quickly. ##### Julia F. Everyone had a blast and the house was better than advertised. It is a short walk to the beach. Even in prime season, the beach was not overcrowded.
