"A bizarre hotel with an electronic kiosk and a virtual check-in experience. You talked to a man hundreds or thousands of miles away and in front of everybody in the room, in a loud voice, you have to give all of your reservation details and scan your credit card and ID and things like that. I didn’t like that at all. Other than that, the hotel was fine. No elevator so you have to drag your suitcases up three floors to the top floor. They had a complementary breakfast, but it was disgusting and just full of ultra processed foods. There was nothing nutritious."
