Cool off in the pool, grab a drink at the tiki bar, and fire up the grill. This secluded oasis has activities for everyone with games such as horseshoes and foosball. At night, head up to the spa on the upper deck and relax under the stars. Located in the desirable Ocean Sands community and a short drive to local shops and restaurants! The Space: \- Large private outdoor pool area with seating and tiki bar \- Upper and lower decks with seating, swing, and spa \- Screened-in outdoor picnic table \- Private driveway with covered carport \- Breakfast bar and full dining table \- Outdoor shower \- Fish cleaning station \- Horseshoe pit \- Foosball table Guest Access: Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. \*\*Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions. Mar 20, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Disappointed in cleanliness and communications My friends and I made a quick weekend trip from VA to NC with three of our dogs. I was expecting a pet friendly property to look pet friendly- maybe some dog hair and stains… but what we encountered was unacceptable. The first night: we noticed right away that none of the bedding was washed. The room with bunkbeds had crusty mucus all over sheets and pillow cases, even on one of the walls. The second night, we found more mucus stains in another downstairs bedroom. There was gum stuck to the windowsill and hair in the showers. We figured the property was owner-cleaned instead of professionally cleaned. Our time there was so short that we did not want to be put out for 4 hours while they corrected the situation. I notified them in the car on the way home, attaching photos, and was told they would get back to me. No response. I followed up when I noticed the pet fee was $19 dollars more than quoted, still no response. ##### Marisa M.
