The living and dining area spans 45 square meters and includes satellite TV and air conditioning, with access to a terrace. One bedroom has a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. An open gallery area with sloping ceilings ranging from 70 to 215 cm in height features another French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment is furnished with amenities such as a shower, bidet, toilet, terrace furniture, washing machine, safe, hair dryer, and complimentary WiFi internet access. The terrace comprises a 6 square meter roofed section and a 20 square meter open area, overlooking the garden. While there is no heating option available, the apartment offers air conditioning in the living and dining room.
