"Large, clean room with good facilities. Handy location near to CBD - about 10 min walk to downtown. Most meal and bar outlets are not in main building but across a small adjoining lane way which wasn't explained and I didn't discover until breakfast. So dinner was somewhere else. Overall, good value and good facilities. I wasn't interested in the casino."

"Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location. 10 minute walk to Riverside and 5 minutes to Hagley Park. Rooms are kept clean and the bed is comfy. Pretty good diner for breakfast. Not sure of cost but it’s comparable with other hotels I’ve stayed at in CHC. Out of the 3 or 4 different hotels I’ve stayed in there the Wyndham is my fave! "

"Spotless room and very comfy beds. Exactly what we needed after a long haul flight. Shower was also very good. Vending machine for snacks, maccas a few mins walk away and nice to be able to walk there from the airport. You can use the airport luggage trolleys all the way. Took maybe 15mins,"
