« L'environnement est parfait. Le personnel (réception, manager, équipe intervenante) est super. Néanmoins, le complexe semble être à l'abandon. De plus, aucun mail envoyé pour l'organisation de l'arrivée (aucun code pour la boîte à clés). Heureusement que nos voisins avaient laissé leur code sur la boîte, nous avons essayé en faisant +1\. Sinon, aucun moyen de savoir que le complexe d'à côté fait partie du même ensemble... donc, aucun moyen d'entrer. »
