They know the spots to visit and the places to go, and are helpful at every step of the way. The rooms are clean and extremely well put together. "We stayed at this hotel a couple of times a year for the last ten years. Since the new owner has completed renovations, and rooms are very comfortable and super clean. The bathroom is lovely. A total upgrade!!"

"Room was neat and clean, staff was welcoming, and hot tub was good. However, reception stays close night and don't open until 8 or 9am. In case if you need help, no one is there. Only one microwave shared by many rooms. It look like there's a good sitting arrangement in the garden. however, in reality, sofas and chairs were wet and extremely dirty. Overall, its good experience for a night but wasn't pleasant. "

"Nice property, no discount if you are smaller group vs full 16. Few things were odd like, providing check in code 15 minutes prior to check in time and almost zero tolerance for late check out. With such a nice property when you are paying hefty amount, good part is to enjoy property by having more time in there. Over all it was good family and friends experience."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The heat was turned up high when I got there and the room was too warm. But I solved that by using the ac for outside air. Could not get hot water in my room but overall a 4 out of 5."
