« The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall. No tea or coffee facilities that we could find and unless you studied the control panel before dark, you could easily open the curtains rather than turn the bathroom light on in...

« I was very disappointed that I had specifically booked a coastal view room, months ago, only to be told when I arrived that a coastal view room wasn't available. This is what I had booked and paid for. I was told at checkin that i was being given an 'upgrade', due to my booked coastal view room not being available, however the 'upgrade', was the exact same airport view room, just on a different floor. This is the 5th year I have stayed at your hotel, so I knew exactly what type of room I wanted...

« Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure! »

La jeune dame à l'accueil était très agréable et efficace. je recommande l'hôtel sans soucis. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était bon et les tarifs corrects, le seul bémol était que nous voulions réserver une table pour 20:00, et la personne en charge nous à bien fait comprendre que nous devions venir avant 20:00, ce qui n'était pas un problème pour nous, mais le ton de cette dame n'était pas...

« Hôtel propre. Chambre de taille correct, propre, petite piscine parking gratuit. Le petit dej est vraiment très simple, il est dans la chambre (2 paquets de corn flakes, 2 petites briques de lait et 2 ou 3 autres choses barre céréales ...) et pour notre deuxième nuit pas de rajout. Plages ce coolangatta à 10 min environ. Proche aéroport mais pas beaucoup de décollage lors de notre séjour. »
