Tropicana Motel
Just horrific - loud roadworks outside, traffic noise and the highway weren’t good with the very thin walls. Novotel Surfers Paradise
Breakfast was repeated every day and tasteless . Staff was not helpful at all and room are not well maintained We requested to clean our room while we are out but it was not clean and upon checking they just ignored.

The Langham, Gold Coast and Jewel Residences
Hotel is great, lovely pool and close to beach. Room was OK (no free upgrade this time) and having to hand over your luggage immediately on arrival (pre-check in) was unexpected and not really warranted.
