Great parking, easy access with keykards but also secure. The apartment itself was quite dirty. Lots of dust which triggered asthmatics. Also the batteries need to be changed in the smoke detection, beeping through the night. The floors had not been clean and toenails were in the carpet. The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom was leaking onto the wardrobe door and carpet. The main concern was the bed in the main bedroom. The sheets had makeup on them and there were visible handprints on the headboard in what looked like lubricant. With no other option of spare blankets, we had to sleep on the bed. I am rating this experience 0 stars and demand an explanation as to why it was rented out in this state. ​The general lack of cleanliness was appalling. We found marks on the blinds and the floors were visibly dirty, so much so that I had to clean them myself. The lounge was also so unclean that we had to use our own blanket just to sit on it. Furthermore, the fridge made an unacceptably loud noise, adding to our discomfort. ​It is baffling that this apartment was released to a guest without a thorough cleaning. No one is going to answer the phone after hours. No staff to get help. If you are checking in after hours, be careful because they will never going to answer the call if you need help. We couldn’t check in because they haven’t send us the check in details and we were trying to get help but no one answers the phone nor reply to my email for quite a long time.
