"Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. "This family beach house was everything we had hoped for and more. Perfectly positioned and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of eight, it offered plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy their own space, or come together as a group. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. We caught heaps of fish and crabs, both off the pontoon and the mangroves nearby. The surf side of the island was just beautiful to spend our afternoons and the walk to Tipplers was both adventurous and easy. Our host was prompt, friendly and clear in all communication, making the entire process seamless from start to finish. We would highly recommend this property and will absolutely be returning, as we enjoyed our stay so much. "

"Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower."
