"Good for a one-night stay. Older home in a nice quiet neighborhood. "

"My stay had a few positives, but overall it was more frustrating than it should have been. Parking and check-in were unnecessarily complicated. There were no clear instructions provided ahead of time about how the process works. Upon arrival, I had to park on the curb, go inside to check in, get a parking tag, then return to my car and move it to a lot behind the building. Since this is a downtown location, there was no obvious signage to guide this process. I only figured it out because someone from a neighboring valet service explained it to me. This lack of communication caused delays and added stress right at the start. The elevator situation didn’t help either. There was only one elevator going up, and it was extremely slow. Expect a wait, especially during busy times. Unfortunately, cleanliness in the room was also an issue. There was hair on the bed, on the bathroom floor, and even on the toilet. After a long day at the hospital, I didn’t have the energy to request a new room or housekeeping, so I ended up cleaning it myself. That is not something any guest should have to do. Breakfast was underwhelming. While there was a decent selection, the quality did not match. The bagel I had tasted stale, and the food overall did not appear fresh. Even the fruit options were limited to oranges, which didn’t look fresh either. On a positive note, the grounds themselves appeared clean, and the location felt relatively safe."

"Upon approaching the home , its not the safest to walk up to , other than that it was a quiet area, close to the StateFarm Arena ,the reason I booked this location..I would stay again if need be"

"This house was amazing for our large family. It was located close to Six Flags which was our destination. There is a dollar general around the corner with anything you might need & a Walmart is with in delivery range. No yard space to be outside really but we were busy anyway. The house was great. The only reason I didn’t give it 10/10 was cleanliness it’s clean don’t get me wrong but it needs a solid Deep clean all over. Under stuff was gross, we had junk in a toilet when arriving, cigarette butts in the drawer under stove, couches the corners & baseboards all need a solid clean, there was a vape under the tv stand. Again the house was clean we would totally stay & recommend it just think a solid deep clean is in order. If you have a big group this is your place to come!! We will be back! "

"Convenient Midtown location, easy walking distance to shopping and dining. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Wish we had been made aware of closed patio under construction."
