The property was. clean and well maintained. The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine through. I love the Wynwood and Atlanta locations.

The apartment was very clean and nice. The staff was amazing and helpful, check-in was easy. The only downside I experienced at this property was the parking. The pool area was nice however the outside furniture could use some cleaning. All that aside I’d definitely stay here again.

It was easy to check in and check out. While the building is large, it was very quiet. With the size, park close to check in and once you get your room figure out what elevator gets you to your car the easiest and park there!

This is a two tower property where one tower is long term rental and the other is short term rental like a hotel. My room faced a street and the noise was negligible. It was spacious and had a washer and dryer that was great. Many restaurants are within walking distance. If you are staying longer, you will need to drive to a supermarket. I had a one bedroom with a full sized bed. A king or queen would have been better. It was very quiet despite facing a busy street. It took a little while for the apartment to heat up and there was a slight echo because there’s nothing on the walls and no carpet in the kitchen/living room. It is easy to get an uber and there’s several restaurants within walking distance.
