Pictures online are obviously not this property and do not even resemble the layout. No one at the front desk to check you in after 11pm and they don’t return until 10am the following day. Key did not work to let me back into building in the middle of the night and no one was there. Luckily my girlfriend was with me or I don’t know what I would’ve done. No amenities whatsoever. Asked for an extra towel and was told I had to pay, even just exchange for clean ones. Lady working there was extremely rude and told us our dog couldn’t be in the lobby even just to walk through. Mind you, this is a pet friendly hotel. Horrid smell of weed and urine in common areas. I work in the hotel industry and this is almost as bad as I’ve ever seen…which says a lot. Look elsewhere. Not worth it for the money. We almost left at 9pm to drive 4 hours home just because of the nasty accommodations. Really pathetic that they continue to put their guests through these conditions. Do better, it honestly wouldn’t take that much effort. This property is clearly apathetic to improvement. Police activity out front upon departure. Just terrible.
