"Normally I would have no issues checking in a little early but this time my room was not ready until well after 3pm. Work was being done with exterior windows and two large mechanical cranes occupied several parking spots and a large charter bus was parked in front of main lobby entrance. "

"Nothing was clean. There was no prior showing that the pool would be down or renovation was going on. How do we know that traveling via air and for a vacation we would not have booked this location. The TV did not work. There was hair literally everywhere. The floors had crumbs all over it absolutely disgusting by the way. There were no safety measurements made prior to us entering the room like making sure sister rooms were locked or those doors were locked. In the middle of the night, someone tried coming into our room. When we voiced these issues to the hotel lobby staff we we’re giving a “ we will tell the higher-ups” and a shrug. Might as well just give us the middle finger. Do not recommend. Not very impressed."

"AC wasn’t working when we arrived. There were spiders on the bed. The shower water took forever to warm up. Lots of noise from the freeway which was right next to our room. Staff was very helpful and friendly though. "

"The entire hotel room was clean except the sofa bed was not cleaned. The bed was comfy but the pillows were not comfortable. The pool was a good size along with hot tub. Liked that the pool was heated. They had good happy hour selection for both drinks and food. It was nice they had breakfast variety the only thing I did not like was the eggs they were to soggy. The hotel was walking distance to many restaurants and if you like to walk only 20 minutes away from Disneyland."

"The bathrooms don’t have proper doors, the shower curtains are so dirty. On the first day we stayed there house keeping came in and they didn’t clean but it seemed like they were smoking pot in the room. The beds are not even decent enough to sleep in. Do not recommend, especially since you can get a decent room els where for the same price "
