"A lovely, lovely place to stay with lots of outside areas to relax. But oh my, the towels need renewing. One face cloth looked as if it had been used as a floor mop."

"Staff was incredibly rude. There is no restaurant or place to get snacks until someone decides to show up at the bar at 3:30pm. Our AC didn’t work, they had to move us to a different room; but before we could move, they had to take the strike plate off our door and place it on the room we moved to. No cleaning service or clean towels unless you hunt someone down to deliver clean towels. No cups in the room for coffee. Shuttle from the airport to hotel is a joke, no AC in the van and it was 106 that day. All around terrible. DO NOT stay here. "

"So beautiful, historic, gorgeous, friendly staff, great tour of history, fabulous pool and hot tub, great artwork, clean and modern rooms, quiet, safe. We are so ready to return!"

"Run down old hotel that needs major remodeling. Rooms are spacious, but old. Dirty carpet, bathroom needs major renovation (hot water runs from both faucets and there is no cold water). Water fountains around the property don't work, the restaurant was closed for some repairs. Too expensive for what it is."

"Wonderful family friendly property. Fun slides and lazy river. Easy drive from the airport and around town. Golf course looked gorgeous although we didn’t play."
