### La Castelière by the sea

This house is located in a beautiful seaside area between Nice and Antibes.   
A remarkable architect's house with 140 m2 on two floors and air conditioning.  
On the ground floor is a kitchen, the living room and the dining room with an open fireplace and a separate space with two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a large terrace with barbecue and 5 places jacuzzi overlooking on a closed park.   
On the first floor is a bathroom and a bedroom.  
he suburban neighborhood is renowned for its calm.  
Within walking distance you will find the sea, a large supermarket, a cafe-bakery, many seaside restaurants, water sports facilities, a pharmacy, a playground for children, the Cagnes racecourse on sea.  
Ideal starting point for cycle paths (13 km from Nice by the seaside, on one side, 8 km from Antibes by the seaside, 3 km from the Village of Villeneuve-Loubet by following the banks of the Wolf).  
Close to all access, road, bus stop, 15 minutes by car from Nice airport.
