All the furniture both inside and outside of the house is pretty trashed. The couch is stained and kind of gross, two chairs are beat up and old and the table outside is old and splintered. The water in master bedroom sink barely comes out. I understand these are beach rentals but this stuff hasn't been replaced in what looks like 20 years. The house is perfectly located and the service from property manager was very thorough. ##### Rich F. The floor was super dirty when we arrived. Little things need to be repaired like kitchen trash cabinet, and the bathroom shower door. No AC but there were fans….covered in hair and dust. The cleaners showed up promptly at 9:56 so we had to hurry to get out. Nice being close but probably won’t book again. ##### Casey M.
