    "Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan."

    "I booked this room the last minute, and our family has been traveling Hong Kong, and Japan (Osaka, Nara, & Kyoto). This hotel was the best out of all the hotels. It had washer/dryer combo machine, Nepresso machine, cooking utensils, refrigerator, large bath, etc. The only negative would be no view of outside as there was a building right next to it."

    "Just came back from Japan after spending 5 nights in Tokyo and stayed in this hotel. We stayed in 1 Bedroom Suite Room 6 and was very satisfied with the room. First of all, we booked this hotel/room because we saw in the pictures how spacious it is and was happy to say that the size met our expectations! The room was cozy and all amenities are available, either in the room, from the self service counter downstairs or when requested from receptionist. We borrowed a rice cooker which worked well...."
