We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

"We actually stayed at the hotel for 9 days. We had to extend our initial stay by two days due to a cyclone which hit the Tokyo area. We have stayed in multi hotels in the Shiodome area previously, but not Villa Fontaine. To be honest Villa Fontaine will be our first choice for future visits to Ginza/Shiodome ..."
