All brand new, high quality comfortable furniture, that makes you feel at home. Fast WiFi and a backup network for our guests who are working remotely. King-size bed, amazing mattresses, Tv\`s in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, many games and activities in the backyard/ pool area, fire pit, BBQ, and much more. Let us prove to you that we are next-level hospitality. Two identical Villas with 3 bedrooms & 2 bath on each side. The master bedrooms are King size the other 2 are queen-sized. They are next to each other and share fully fenced backyard. It gives extra room and privacy for larger groups since there are two kitchens, two living & dining rooms. If you have a service animal, you must let us know so we can inform you about our house rules. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a minimum fine of $300, and up to $600\. \- A $200/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. Monitors are installed in the home and the host will be remotely notified when smoke is present. \- An additional cleaning fee of $100 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS - GUEST acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in-residence, and neither the HOST nor the Owner accepts legal or financial responsibility. GUEST and guardians assume all risk of injury or other losses resulting from the use of residence or any other recreational activity while staying at the residence and will hold the HOST and/or Owner harmless with respect hereto.
