Sleeps 7 with Brand New Sofa Bed in Living Room.
Enjoy a hassle free vacation by having al new equipment, appliances, furniture and more.
Private Lanai w/ pool and outdoor kitchen + brand new water features and 2 water fountains.
Gated community with 24 hr. Guarded gate in central naples. 10-15 minute drive gets you to any of the naples hot spots! 4 miles to the Beach.

Pets welcome! Fully upgrades and latest technologies on site. 4k hd curved tv. Outside kitchen with tv and sound. Entertain your friends and family.

Beautiful home in a great Naples location!
We had a great time in this home! Briarwood is very convenient to all that Naples has to offer. The home was very clean with great amenities. Gabriel was extremely responsive and even helped us with an early check-in so we could get our babies down for a nap. We will most definitely be back- this home was everything our family could have asked for:)

Our Thanksgiving in Naples was amazing. This property was more than perfect. The house was clean, spacious and definitely surpassed our expectations. The pool and patio area was spectacular, our child never came inside but to eat. We all enjoyed everything about this property. A home away from home
We enjoyed very much our stay. The pool was enjoyable, the home well thought out. Unfortunately a few of the items listed were not available and upkeep needs more attention. New pillows, more towels, the beach umbrellas had seen better days and bikes were not usable. The tv outside did not work. That being said we had a wonderful time and would come back and stay in a heartbeat. A safe community to stay in.

Had a wonderful stay. House was located in private community on busy road. The privacy of the property more then made up for any sounds of traffic in the background. The security at gate were always so welcoming with big smiles. The pool was clean and inviting. House was setup with almost everything we could ask for. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again.
