The only thing we like was the ocean view. What we didn’t like; peeling paint, awful smell in the elevator, the god awful towels. This was not a boutique hotel, it was more like a hostel. The floors, everything in the entire building was dirty and sticky. We left a day early and would never return

The room was very dirty and an unpleasant smell from both the room and the entire lobby, we did not enjoy it at all, there was dirt in every corner and I don't think it justifies the price we paid, I am asking for a refund.

The rooms are modern and up to date. They also offer a beautiful ocean view. I loved that the staff could be reached by a simple text instead of having to call the front desk.

Room floor was dirty from day one with sand . Bedding was musty especially pillows . No coffee machine in room . And not their fault guests above were super noisy at night almost like they were wrestling

I initially wanted a balcony room, however was giving a deluxe penthouse. Most of the space was unused and I paid alot more than expected. The beds were small and not too comfortable. The pool is stained, so I was a little skeptical to get in.

I liked the location, but it needs to be updated and the rooms are very small. When I stay away from home, I like to have the same quality or better as my house. Reserved for 3 days but only stayed one. Came from out of town and was semi-disappointed. Would not stay there again.

It was a beautiful stay for what we intended. We appreciated that the location is it on the quiet side but within walking distance from boardwalk and other activities. Within walking distance to several restaurants and we loved the fact that we had a beach side view, along with the pool and the chaise loungers by the dunes. Great stay for the price, the bed was comfortable, we truly enjoyed our stay.
