Extremely clean room and very spacious in the premium room. Staff was friendly. WiFi worked ok. TV did not work. Bathroom clean and great shower. Breakfast was many choices and plentiful. Roof top Dining with great city view.

Clean, quiet, lots of friendly staff, 24 hour restaurant, shuttle to airport
Restaurant has mostly terrace seating (covered) with a great view of the lower city as well as the hills beyond

Five Volcanoes went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The staff is super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend it higher to anyone in the area to experience the amazing natural sites in the area.

Friendly, helpful staff, but some distance from NP
Very friendly and helpful staff with a restaurant on-site and the historic hotel/hangout across the street. A bit far from the national park. No fan, AC or mosquito net in room. Luckily, I didn't need the latter. A bit worn around the edges, but relatively comfortable.
