"The property is easy to find and felt safe. But the rooms are dirty and in poor condition. Staff were wonderful. I ended up leaving the place and going to a different property. "

"Place was very good kind staff just your usual reliable trusty hotel nothing super special. If you are just looking for somewhere slightly cheap and safe to stay in this is it. "
"The room had a few bugs and stains in the restroom. I was also downgraded to a smaller room after check in since my original room was ready. Front desk told me it’d be the same type of room, but it went from a king size bed to a full."

"It was very clean and quiet. Great location close to many restaurants and only 8 minutes to Smart Financial Center for concerts, etc. "
"Hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants so you can just walk and not have to drive around. "
"I stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway and had a generally good experience. The room was cozy and well-kept, with a fresh, orderly feel that made it easy to relax. Everything—from the bedding to the bathroom—was spotless, which I really appreciated.
The location was convenient and straightforward to reach, even after a long drive. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were pleasant and helpful without being intrusive.
The only downside was that the room became noticeably warm during the night, almost as if the air conditioning had turned off on its own. I didn’t fully wake up to check, but by morning, it felt stuffy and warmer than expected.
Aside from that, I’d consider staying here again—especially if the AC issue gets resolved.

"In town for a concert, excellent location & room at a reasonable price. Pool photos were a bit deceiving. It's a tiny little pool and not near as many lounge chairs available as in the photo. It was a clean pool and we still enjoyed our stay. "
