"My first stay with Resorts was a wonderful experience. We can for my son fall break. So I thought why not come back for this spring break. The experience was not great due the neighbors both nights. Very loud both nights. First and second night, two very different groups. We could not sleep most of the night. However, the staff was very friendly when we needed help with them going to the neighbors. It just wasn't the best experience this time around. It has been a long time since me and my family has been together for a staycation. Something we needed, but the noise volume was unbearable. Plus side, we did have a great view of the ocean!"

"When we went to checking at 4pm the room wasn’t ready and we had to wait a little. Then once we were given the keys we went to our room. When we stepped off the elevator you saw the hallway walls torn apart and we didn’t see the number for our room until I looked on the floor. The second we walked into the room the smell of mold hit you in the face. We walked in and the mold smell was extremely strong. There was also no TV in the room. Also, when I booked it said it was an ocean view and the only view was off the alley next to the room and the hotel next door. I went to the phone to call downstairs and the phone didn’t work. We walked out and went to the front desk. They apologized and gave us a key to another room. When we went to that room the hallway was walls were again ripped up. When we got into our room there was a good size electronic air freshener machine, stains on the furniture, hair in the sink/shower, and a rag left on the nightstand. We were only staying one night so we just stayed in the room. Also the area didn’t seem the best we saw somethings outside that weren’t the best and I was glad we were only staying one night. The reason we selected this hotel was we stayed there years ago and had a really good experience so we expected to have a similar experience but unfortunately it wasn’t. I feel bad saying but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had a Marriot."
