"We stayed in both an old room and newly remodeled room. When using a 3rd party they will more than likely give you an old room. They only upgraded us the following night due to the construction and pipe issue in which we couldn’t use the showers due to the sludge that was coming out. As for the staff everyone was very nice and the manager did her best to make things right. The Copper Whisk and other restaurants in the hotel are very convenient. They have a movie theater and bowling alley which is fun for families. "

"Lots of things to do, but the property has seen much better days. The carpet in my room was stained and rough. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, and the room itself got very little natural light. The whole hotel is just way way way too dark."

"I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas and had an amazing experience! The hotel was incredibly clean from the lobby to the rooms, which made our stay feel comfortable and stress-free. One of the best parts was how pet-friendly they are—it meant so much to be able to bring our dog along without any hassle. The staff was welcoming and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. "The floor in my room was soaking wet and the room had a funny smell. There was no internet in the room or WiFi. Some electrical outlets did not work and the remote control for the tv did not work because the sensor on the tv was out. They did not move me to a different room even though I asked twice. They kept saying maintenance would come. Which they finally did after asking 3 times and they said there was nothing they could do about the problems."

"Decent, spacious and functional. Dated but totally fine decor. The tap needs fixing in the bathroom and we did appreciate the fully equp kitchen and got an extra frying pan. Could use more frequent housekeeping and when the maids come it seems hit and miss. Some better than others "
