8.4/10 Very good! (9 reviews)
The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud and no dryer. The sewer did smell from the bathroom sink, no toilet seat on second bathroom. Only a pair of towels for each bathroom. Too much light coming through the blinds at night. The master AC would freeze up at night. Not enough hot water. Good for one hot shower. I was disappointed with the condo.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (50 reviews)
"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there ..."
