« Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

Having Family Mart at the 4 th floor was very convenient The view of my room not great, I saw other room looks better. "L'hôtel est à proximité du terminal 3 ce qui est très pratique pour prendre son vol très tôt. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit dejeuner ni le spa. À proximité de l'hôtel, vous trouverez un konbini Lawson, en marchant 5 minutes vous trouverez des restaurants et un autre konbini (7 eleven). Nous sommes arrivés à 22h à l'aéroport et nous avons été surpris de constater que la plupart des restaurants étaient fermés. À part cela, le check in et check out sont très rapides et pratiques. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et tous les équipements nécessaires sont fournis. Je recommande chaleureusement cet établissement. "

"J'ai aimé le coté sympathique des employés. J'ai moins aimé qu'il n'y ait pas de placard (valise ouverte sous le lit, car pas de place). La fenêtre ne souvre pas, meme de quelques centimètres. On est veue changer mes draps alors que je partais le lendemain sans que je l'ai sollicité (ils changent les draps tous les 3 jours)."
