"The hotel is old but well maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing. So helpful!!!! The restaurant was delicious and not expensive. The area is safe with shops and train and bus within walking distance. Some trains were harder to come by - example: getting to Gatwick Airport was not easy , but trips to Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, and London were easy and pleasant. Room was nice and bed very comfortable. I stayed in superior queen. Would recommend "
"Beautifully decorated and updated rooms with lovely en suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds, plush towels. Easy to locate and to find parking. The staff, especially at reception, were welcoming and helpful. We will stay here again when in the Cotswolds. "

"Great 2-day stay for a local event. Upgraded room was lovely and we used the spa too. Dinner was great with many gluten-free options. Only issue was poor breakfast options and having no coffee a big downer :("
