"Baisse de qualité au fil des années. La premiere chambre donnée sentait mauvais, le mobilier etait vieilli (decoloration des fauteuils..). Les porte serviettes sont sur le mur collé aux wc... Nous avons demandé de nouvelles serviettes nous les attendons toujours.. La seconde etait correcte au niveau du mobilier mais matelas hors d'âge. Les oreillers manquent de moelleux. Le petit déjeuner a baissé aussi en qualité et en attention. Personne ne nous dit bonjour lorsqu'on arrive. Il manque constamment des choses.. les confitures et miel en bidon dans des distributeurs ne sont pas dignes d'un 4 etoiles, les verres de cantine non plus. Dommage pour une telle situation ce laisser-aller.. cet hotel avait du potentiel. Comment peut-on avoir de si jolis lustres Foscarini et une négligence sur tant de prestations.. La jeune femme à l'accueil etait agreable et serviable. "
