As soon as we walkrd through the door, the staff welcomed us with open arms and a glass of wine. They accomodated our request for a waterview room and put our friends right next door. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The bar/sitting area was very comfy. The main part of the city was within walking distance. We had a wonderful time.

The hotel was very clean, a good location, the breakfast was outstanding (with good tourist friendly hours!), and the staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Fabulous hotel! From the moment you check in they go the extra mile with a welcome drink and a tour of the lobby area. Super helpful with recommendations and also a lovely bar and lobby to enjoy a drink. Breakfast fairly priced with a good selection. Room and bathroom was especially for Europe. Quiet area near two tram stops and one metro stop all a few minutes from the busier areas without the noise. Will stay here again if I find myself in Amsterdam.
