"The staff made us feel welcome and right at home. Having afternoon cocktails or a light night amaro on the patio was delightful! The bathroom was spacious and very clean. Great shower! The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft but crisp. Had a wonderful nights rest! Palazzo Dipinto was a lovely hotel to stay in Lucca. Will stay there again should we return to Lucca. "Compared with hotels in Asia, the amenities here are relatively basic, as slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided. My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable. Also the position where the shower head located is not ideal. I wet the whole floor on my first shower!"
