"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"This property is the worst place I have ever stayed in, I stay in a lot off air brb as I work away from home a lot. Nothing comes close to this place, absolute dump, mold all over the upstairs, rubbish still on the floor looks like the cleaner gave up years ago. We arrived at the property after waiting 3 hours to be told someone was in there who shouldn’t have been. Key code was wrong took an hour to get that. "The Snug is in a good location to visit the Forest of Dean area and Wales. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and live on site. They have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a short break. It is well presented and although overlooking a main road is quiet and has parking at the rear. "
