Welcome to my brand new apartment at the border of Monaco. You'll be perfectly situated to enjoy the best of both worlds – the charm of Beausoleil and the glamour of Monaco. My place has a few outstanding points above the others  
1 A modern, comfortable space, and as it's just been renovated, everything is fresh and new. You'll find it's a great base for exploring the area.  
2\. There is a private garage for your car. It brings you a lot of convenience to explore the nearby neighbourhood.  
3\. One of the biggest highlights is the proximity to the beach. You're only a pleasant 10-minute walk away from Larvotto, Monaco's most famous and beautiful beach. Imagine spending your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters!  
4 For those feeling lucky, the iconic Monte Carlo Casino is just a 20-minute walk away. You can easily stroll over and experience the excitement and elegance of this world-renowned landmark.  
5 If you're looking for more luxurious experiences, you'll be thrilled that the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel and the prestigious Monte Carlo Country Club are also just a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
